Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on products unless they are damaged or are found to be faulty. Once your order is processed, we are unable to accept change-of-mind requests or returns.

Allergies and Refund Policy

All of our products are made with high-performance active ingredients and are clearly labelled with a full ingredient list. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the ingredients before purchase.

Please note we do not refund or exchange products due to allergic reactions. Just as supermarkets cannot accept returns of foods such as strawberries or peanut butter because of allergies, we cannot accept returns for skincare when allergies are involved. Every skin is unique, and we encourage you to review ingredients carefully prior to purchase.

The only money-back guarantee we offer is on our Apple Stem Cell All-in-One Cream. To be eligible, the product must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed less any postage and merchant fees incurred. (See below)

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you are responsible for checking ingredients and ensuring the product is suitable for your skin.

Please note: all accessories are fully non-refundable. (*unless faulty)

CANCELLING OR AMENDING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is complete, you can no longer add items, or change your order.

If you want to add items to your order, you should place another order within 24 hours of your original order, then contact us with both order numbers, and we would be more than happy to refund you the additional delivery charge. Please note if you are an international customer we are unable to offer this service to combine two orders into one parcel.

Usually you are able to cancel your purchase within 24 hours of placing your order, but sometimes our warehouse is super-fast at getting the orders out the door and they could have already dispatched it to you, if this is the case we would be unable to cancel it.

RETURNS PROCEDURE FOR FAULTY PRODUCT

Sometimes things go wrong and if this occurs our returns are usually processed within 10 working days from the day when they arrive back to our warehouse. They will be assessed and accepted if they are deemed as faulty or damaged.

Once the refund has been approved, the funds due should appear on your bank statement within 5-14 working days (Please note that your card issuer dictates refund times and are outside our control).

When returning your faulty products please include the invoice with the details of the products you are returning and enclose a detailed note with your returned parcel.

Please always include your telephone number and your email address in case we need to contact you regarding your return. We strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt from the Post Office with a tracking number. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our head office.

Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

Make sure your items are securely wrapped and send your return to:
