If you qualify for a FREE gift but fail to manually add it to your cart before completing checkout, the gift WILL NOT BE SENT with your order.

QUALIFYING SPEND

Your qualifying spend is calculated on the final value of products purchased after all discount codes, promotional discounts and other reductions have been applied, excluding shipping costs.

Your final product subtotal must meet the applicable promotional threshold after all discounts have been applied.

Shipping charges do not count towards the qualifying spend.

For international customers, the qualifying product spend must reach the equivalent AUD promotional threshold after all discounts have been applied, excluding shipping costs.

FREE GIFT ELIGIBILITY

Due to the automated nature of our shopping cart, a FREE gift may occasionally appear in or be added to a cart before the required promotional spend threshold has been met.

This does not constitute eligibility for the FREE gift.

If your final qualifying order value falls below the required promotional threshold after discounts, the applicable FREE gift WILL NOT BE SENT, even if it appears in your cart or order confirmation due to a technical or shopping cart error.
