How to use

Step 1: All-In-One Apple Stem Cell Rapid Eye Repair

Take a small amount (about 1/4 of the custom gold scoop) and gently apply it to the top and bottom of your eyelids, extending down to the top of your cheeks.

Sweep the product out past the corners of your eyes, covering fine lines or crow’s feet up to your temples.

Use your ring finger to dab the product softly into your skin.

For best results, keep the product in the fridge.

Allow to absorb fully before moving on to the next step. (We recommend waiting at least 5 minutes to allow for maximum absorption.)

Step 2: All-In-One Skin Smart Skincare

To lock in the benefits of your RAPID EYE REPAIR, use your All-In-One Skin Smart Skincare as the final step.

This product serves as an all-in-one solution for busy women, offering the benefits of eight products in one.

Using the custom hygienic gold applicator, take a small amount (about the size of the gold scoop) and apply it to your "V-zone" — temples, eyes, cheeks, chin, neck, and décolletage.

Gently work the product into your skin to ensure full absorption.

Again, allow at least 5 minutes between products to allow each to work its magic.

Follow this easy 2-step routine daily for glowing, healthy skin!

Shipping & Returns

DELIVERY – (Free for orders over $80)

Our $9.95 Flat Rate delivery usually takes between 3-5 business days from dispatch. As it is sent with Australia Post we do have to sometimes allow for up to 10 business days for delivery to regional and remote areas across Australia.

Please note that our Flat Rate delivery is not a tracked delivery service

EXPRESS POST DELIVERY- $12.95

This is a tracked service and requires a signature for acceptance of delivery. Express next day delivery is delivered the next working day to all Australian Metro/Capital City postcodes for orders placed before 12pm (noon) Mon – Thurs. Orders placed after 12pm (noon) or on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day. As this is an Australia Post service they do not offer weekend delivery.

REFUNDS &/OR EXCHANGES

VIXIN PTY LTD is committed to 100% satisfaction and we hope you will be completely delighted with your order.

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on products unless they have been damaged in transit or deemed faulty.

Unfortunately we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges for products that were not purchased on vixin.com.au vixin.store vixin.asia & vixin.co.uk. You will be required to contact the original place of purchase, as when you choose to purchase through other retailers you are committing to their individual terms and conditions regarding refunds and returns.

CANCELLING OR AMENDING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is complete, you can no longer add items, or change your order.

If you want to add items to your order, you should place another order within 24 hours of your original order, then contact us with both order numbers, and we would be more than happy to refund you the additional delivery charge. Please note if you are an international customer we are unable to offer this service to combine two orders into one parcel.

Usually you are able to cancel your purchase within 24 hours of placing your order, but sometimes our warehouse is super-fast at getting the orders out the door and they could have already dispatched it to you, if this is the case we would be unable to cancel it.

RETURNS PROCEDURE FOR FAULTY PRODUCT

Sometimes things go wrong in production/transit and if this occurs our returns are usually processed within 10 working days from the day when they arrive back to our warehouse. They will be assessed and accepted if they are deemed as faulty or damaged.

Once the refund has been approved, the funds due should appear on your bank statement within 5-14 working days (Please note that your card issuer dictates refund times and are outside our control).

When returning your faulty products please include the invoice with the details of the products you are returning and enclose a detailed note with your returned parcel.

Please always include a convenient telephone number and your email address in case we need to contact you regarding your return. We strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt from the Post Office with a tracking number. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our head office.

Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
