At Vixin, we’re proudly known for cutting through the noise in the beauty industry and today is no different. It's recently come to our attention that counterfeit Vixin skincare products are being sold by unauthorised sellers, particularly from overseas websites and marketplaces.

Let’s be clear: These products are NOT made by us. They are not tested, not certified, not safe and absolutely not Vixin.

Why This Matters

We built Vixin to be the honest alternative to a beauty industry filled with empty promises, greenwashing, and marketing spin. That’s why we take this issue seriously.

Fake products don’t just dilute our brand, they could pose a real risk to your skin's health.

These counterfeit creams may contain:

Unknown or unsafe ingredients
Incorrect concentrations
Potential allergens or contaminants
No safety or ethical standards

At best, they’re ineffective. At worst, they can cause serious skin irritation, damage or long-term harm.

How to Spot the Fakes

❌ If it’s from eBay, Kogan, Temu, Dick Smith, Cosmetic Squad or Super Savers AU — it’s not Vixin.
❌ Private resellers offering “Vixin at a discount”? Not us.
❌ Sites with vague branding or poor customer support with broken English? Not even close.

❌ Any order confirmations/receipts or shipping communication from different domains other than vixin.com.au

These sellers are not authorised, and we are taking active steps to report and shut them down but in the meantime, your awareness is the best protection.
