ORDERS

You are able to manually correct any error on an order if you have already pressed ‘process order’ on the final page of the ordering process.

If your order has not been dispatched, and you have recognised an error in your delivery address, please email support@vixin.com.au asap and we will attempt to rectify the issue prior to dispatch.

If your order has left our warehouse, unfortunately we will not be able to do anything about this, and whilst we will attempt to rectify this for you, we cannot be held accountable for any incorrect information supplied by you at the checkout.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

AVAILABILITY

All items are subject to availability. Validly stated prices on our website remain in effect for so long as the merchandise is available or as otherwise stated on our website. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

DELIVERY

VIXIN delivers worldwide. We will deliver your order in accordance with the delivery option selected by you. Please view our delivery options for full details. Whenever referred to, working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays. If you have specified delivery to more than one address when placing your order there is a separate charge for each destination address. Any delivery timescales are indicative only as we are reliant on AUSTRALIA POST.

Upon delivery of your order to you, we will provide you with sufficient information to enable you to exercise your Australian Consumer right to return or exchange. For further information please see the Delivery, Exchange and Returns Policy.

SECURITY CHECKS

For international customers whose order is subject to security checks at Customs, your order maybe delayed. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. You should inspect your order upon receipt and check that everything specified on the delivery note is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem or you cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation right and/or you return the goods in accordance with our returns policy and procedure.

If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date.

Your Australian Consumer rights are not affected.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay, Direct Debit and PayPal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account prior to dispatch to ensure cleared funds. Please note that all credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to VIXIN, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by VIXIN ACCOUNTS and legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you.

Risk in the merchandise transfers to you upon delivery of your order.

LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT

Please remember that once you have submitted and paid for an order for VIXIN PRODUCTS on this website, we have entered a legally binding contract with you the customer.

CANCELLATION RIGHT

In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please email support@vixin.com.au within 24 hours. We cannot guarantee that we will be in the position to cancel your order before dispatch. If this is the case please refer to our Returns & Refunds section below.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

VIXIN PTY LTD is committed to 100% satisfaction and we hope you will be completely delighted with your order.

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on products unless they have been damaged in transit or deemed faulty.

Unfortunately we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges for products that were not purchased on vixin.com.au vixin.store vixin.asia & vixin.co.uk. You will be required to contact the original place of purchase, as when you choose to purchase through other retailers you are committing to their individual terms and conditions regarding refunds and returns.
